It has a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a quiet stay, oven, microwave, dishwasher and other utensils.

It has several rest areas, two indoor and two outdoor dining areas with a barbecue, a small garden in the private courtyard very well maintained, its own tennis court and a huge natural terrain, with breathtaking views of the sea in the distance, the Bandama Caldera and the golf course from several areas of the house.

The services included in the price are:

• Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00 hours.
• A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
• Weekly cleaning (for stays over 7 nights), including linen and towel change.

Conditions

• No parties or events are allowed.
• Guests must pay a deposit of 1500 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
• Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
  • Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
  • Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
  • Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
