** This property is located in a residential building, therefore, all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 200 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
** Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
 
  • Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
  • Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
  • Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

It’s absolutely fantastic place to stay for sunny holidays Right on the beach Easy to walk everywhere Close to bus stops (20 journeys 10 euros) Very comfortable bed , clean bathroom, very Cousy settee Good kitchen Very nice cutlery and drinking glasses for every occasion Very good communication with the host And was a very lovely lady who met us on the street and let us in We enjoyed this apartment a lot We will definitely come back and we really recommend it for everybody.
