Conditions
** This property is located in a residential building, therefore, all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 200 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
** Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
- Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

posizione ottima, appartamento dotato di ogni confort, tranne per la tv in camera che non funzionava e nonostante la segnalazione all'addetto che ha consegnato le chiavi il giorno successivo all'arrivo non c' è stato intervento e non si è più fatto vedere
