** This property is located in a residential building, therefore, all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 200 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
** Late check in available and on request entails the following charges:
 
  • Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
  • Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
  • Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

    Die Lage ist – wie bereits in vielen anderen Bewertungen erwähnt – wirklich hervorragend: Geschäfte, Restaurants und der traumhafte Strand sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Allerdings ist die Wohnung selbst recht hellhörig, und durch die Bauweise gibt es kaum echte Fenster, was den Wohnkomfort spürbar einschränkt.

    Super Unterkunft. Hatte alles was man braucht. Top Lage! Sehr netter Gastgeber! Leider deutlich dunkler als auf den Fotos da die Fenster abgedunkelt sind als sichtschutz. Und etwas feucht. Ansonsten aber sehr zu empfehlen.

    A wonderful and cozy sanctuary by the sea, with the beach and amazing restaurants only steps away. A very responsive, and friendly host who made our stay in Las Palmas a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

    Très beau logement idéalement situé pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Tout équipé, tranquille et à proximité de la mer. Carlos est très réactif et amical. Je recommande le logement sans hésiter

    posizione ottima, appartamento dotato di ogni confort, tranne per la tv in camera che non funzionava e nonostante la segnalazione all'addetto che ha consegnato le chiavi il giorno successivo all'arrivo non c' è stato intervento e non si è più fatto vedere
