  Een fijne tuin met verschillende zitjes. Vooral de grote tafel voor het ontbijt was heel fijn. De woonkamer zelf is nogal klein, maar met het mooie weer zijn we hier ook niet geweest. Een goed ingerichte keuken en een mooi washok. De wasmachine was een uitkomst!

  We had a great week here with our daughter and family. Carlos and his team were very helpful including a late check out which was great with two small children.

  Großartig gelegene Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße. Wir haben mit den Kindern genossen, jeden Tag mehrfach ans Meer zu laufen. Die Kommunikation mit Carlos und seinem Team zu allen Fragen war sehr gut, schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung innen von der Einrichtung her eher simpler Standard, aber landesüblich, sauber und alles funktionierte. Wir haben besonders die verschiedenen Terrassen sehr genossen. Kommen gerne wieder! Gerade für Familien mit Kindern ideal.

  Logement très agréable et bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la plage et avec un grand centre commercial facilement accessible à pied. Environnement très calme.

  Die tolle Lage, die Nähe zum Strand, die ruhige Nachbarschaft und der schöne Garten - das alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Die Räume sind eher klein, dafür ist der Aussenbereich des Hauses sehr gross. Es gibt viele blühende Pflanzen und der Garten ist gut gepflegt. Auch die Aussendusche ist sehr praktisch, wenn man direkt vom Strand kommt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

  Die Unterkunft liegt super fußläufig vom sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind super und man kann das gute Wetter genießen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer ok, die Küche gut ausgestattet.

  We really loved our stay at Carlos’s villa. what a wonderful home. My 3 year old loved exploring the house and every afternoon we sat outside with a cocktail and enjoyed the sun set. This place is ideal for families with children. 5 min walk to the beach, a short walk to the shops. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways near by. Carlos was very attentive when we needed advice or support. Thank you for everything x

  Everything was great, from air conditioning in all rooms and kitchen facilities to the garden with the patios, bbq and laundry availability in the basement. Perfect location also with just a minute walk to the beach, and also a very short walk to supermarkets, restaurants and other shops. Pretty quiet area and easy to park. Would definitely recommend this house for your stay in San Augustin!

  Nice garden house by the beach.<br/>
  The lush garden is fabolous, they come and water it several times a week. A well planed house with everything you need (and we did quite some cooking and bbq). Close to the beach.

  The house is a 1 min walk from a great beach, in a quiet street, and a 5 minute walk from the main commercial centre. It is extremely well-equipped (smoothie machine, toastie machine, numerous pots and pans) and very well designed ; all rooms have a door, the wifi works perfectly and one can have a quiet meeting/video call in the living room. Clean, great showers (powerful + hot water), plenty of cupboard space. BBQ every evening, all meals outside on the big table, 3 terraces (2 with pool beds and one with a couch). Loved this place - sad to leave - if we come back, we know where we're staying!
