Conditions

• This property is located in a residential area. Parties, events and any activity that may disturb neighbours or other guests are strictly prohibited.
• Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not permitted unless previously authorised.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors. It is only allowed on outdoor terraces, taking care to protect the furniture and garden areas.
• Pets are not allowed.
• A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required to cover any potential damages.
