Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area: parties, events, or any activity that may disturb neighbors or other guests are strictly prohibited.
- Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not allowed, except in previously authorized cases.
- One pet is allowed with a supplement of €150 per week.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors. It is only permitted on outdoor terraces or balconies, with care taken to protect the furniture and lawn.
- A €650 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages.
- We recommend checking the condition of the accommodation upon arrival and reporting any existing damage to avoid misunderstandings.
