This fantastic accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and another one with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer as well as a toaster, kettle and coffee maker which ope and several armchairs to enjoy a moment of reading or watch any show you fancy in the Smart TV with internet connection and international channels.
The terrace is one of the wonders of this house. It has a covered area, where you will find a dining table and seating area to relax and an open area to sunbathe in sunloungers, and dip in the swimming pool.
This holiday home is located in a residential complex characterized by the peace that surrounds it and where you will find large gardened areas along with a community pool.

- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival:
