This holiday home is completely refurbished with a new, fresh and modern design. Distributed in 2 bedrooms with double bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the magnificent terrace with views, where you can enjoy an outdoor meal with the sea breeze.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances to facilitate your stay such as dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave or toaster.
Luxury Apartment Charca AB has direct access to the seafront and magnificent views from the terrace to the lagoon of La Charca, will meet any expectation of those visitors in search of the sea, luxury and good service.
It has been designed to enjoy to the maximum the beautiful views and the sound of the sea with open and luminous spaces, it is equipped with air conditioning for the comfort of the clients of VillaGranCanaria.
This holiday home is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital, casino, only 2 km from 2 golf courses and only 300 metres from the bus station with direct lines to Mogán, Arguineguin, Playa del Inglés and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Although you don't need a car to enjoy Charca AB, as all services are just around the corner, this property offers private parking.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8 p.m.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed for a fee of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€

Great apartment with amazing rooftop terrace , balcony from the bedroom and living room with amazing views of nature and the beach. Nice place, well laid out. Has everything you need in terms of amenities. Only issue was very slow internet, we didn’t really need the internet so didn’t get chance to raise that with the agent so managed but it’s the only complaint. Everything else was fab. I’d like to buy the apartment after the 7 night stay! So lovely !
