This holiday accommodation can accommodate up to 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms, both on the upper floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and balcony, the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. On this floor you can also access one of the bathrooms complete with bathtub. On the ground floor there is the living room with air conditioning and access to the terrace with artificial grass and hammocks for sunbathing, as well as a toilet and the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.
 
Duplex Meloneras HH10 is located in a pleasant and very well maintained complex, and guests will have access to its common areas and the shared swimming pool it offers. It is situated within walking distance of many establishments such as supermarkets, shops and leisure facilities.   • Late check in available and on request.
  • A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
 
Conditions
 
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

    The Duplex was very nice, as described, very clean and in a quiet and peaceful area. It had all the amenities you could need. The pool is excellent, with plenty of sun beds. The beach, restaurants, a few shops and small supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away. The 2 week break went so quick and we can't wait to go back. Thank you Carlos.

    Buena distribución, cómodo, ideal para una familia de 4 personas. Está en muy buen estado de conservación. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La piscina comunitaria era muy grande y no estaba muy concurrida. Tiene dos patios con mesa y buena sombra en ambos. Armarios amplios en las dos habitaciones. Los dos baños están completos con el wc separado por puerta. El aparcamiento no fue un problema, encontrando sitio en la misma calle. Mercadona está muy cerca. Había productos para el lavavajillas.
