- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

A great apartment with amazing views from the terrace, lounge and main bedroom across the sea and towards the sand dunes of Maspalomas. It's well equipped with lots of utensils, cutlery and crockery. We were here in late Feb/early March and had full sun on the very private terrace from mid morning until the evening and then we had stunning sunsets. There are supermarkets, restaurants, a couple of bars close by. The bus stop is about a 15 min leisurley walk away which enables you to travel around the island. Its a shame that there are no windows in the room with bunk beds. Also there are 69 steps from the car park up to the apartment which could be challenging on a hot day or for people with mobility issues. We would have no hesitation however to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment which was very comfortable. Also, thank you to the team for allowing us to stay a little longer upon check out due to a late flight, it was appreciated.
