This exceptional holiday flat on the south-west coast and very close to the Puerto Rico area of Gran Canaria, is located in a high standing building, spacious, loft-style distribution; a large kitchen and living room converge in the rest area where the main bed is.
It also has a small bedroom equipped with a trundle bed, ideal for small children.
The most important point of Penthouse Beyond Amadores is its large terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor meals, barbecues and views in a place where the sun shines all day long.
The wonderful community pool, heated all year round, offers a very large solarium and views of the hill and the sea.

Services included in Penthouse Beyond Amadores
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
- Guests must pay a deposit of 200 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
- Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

Svært bra opphold. Basseng, romslig stue og veranda gjorde tilværelsen akkurat slik en ferie skal være! I tillegg var det god utsikt, og mulig å gå til butikk. Svært fornøyd med oppholdet.<br/>

Very comfortable stay here and had pool practically to ourselves the week before Easter. Very tranquil on the whole with pool and large terrace (with table & chairs loungers and bbq) making it better than a hotel room for us. Not Uber luxe but very clean, comfortable and I would stay again. Carlos team helped with taxis and the check in/ out was very straightforward. I recommend bringing your own towels.<br/>

La estancia ha sido increíble en todos los sentidos, empezando por la maravillosa ubicación del apartamento, al que nada mas llegar nos recibieron con una botella de vino, siguiendo con lo moderno y bien cuidado que esta el apartamento, con su terraza privilegiada por las vistas que ofrece y las comodidades que presenta para tomar el sol y que hace la estancia muy agradable. Además, en cuanto a la piscina, grande, amplia y con los espacios bien distribuidos, respetando las medidas del COVID-19 en todo momento. En cuanto al trato del personal del complejo, muy agradecido por el trato recibido y la atención dada, cumpliendo las expectativas y necesidades que pudiesen surgir. Tanto el particular que se encarga de las reservas, como la chica que se encarga del mantenimiento del complejo, excelente trabajo realizado en todo momento. Todo muy limpio, organizado y en perfectas condiciones para disfrutar de vacaciones en familia, pareja o amigos. Estoy convencido de que repetiré la estancia pronto y recomiendo a todos que no duden en probar en este complejo.
