This magnificent accommodation managed by VillaGranCanaria is located in the complex "Los Lagos" in Salobre Golf Resort, an exclusive and idyllic place to enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by nature and so 10 minutes by car from the main tourist spots in the south of Gran Canaria.
 
This villa has 2 bedrooms; one of them is located on the ground floor, with 2 single beds and access to a complete bathroom with shower; and the second bedroom, on the upper floor, has a double bed, access to a complete bathroom with bathtub and private terrace overlooking the golf course.
 
Inside Villa Los Lagos 12, the cosy living room with direct access to the terrace and the kitchen are fully equipped for a pleasant holiday.
 
It is worth mentioning that the exterior of the house is distributed in several areas: the open air dining room, the rest area and the garden area with sunbeds, a built-in barbecue and the private heated swimming pool (with a supplement). Guests who book this accommodation with VillaGranCanaria will have access to the communal swimming pool of the complex "Los Lagos" which is heated free of charge from November to April.

The services included in the price are:
 
  • Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
  • Late check in available and on request.
  • Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
  • Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
  • A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
 
Conditions
 
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Please note that the pool maintenance team will need to pass through the property twice a week to carry out their duties. Please allow them access to the pool area.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

    Fräscht och rent, perfekt storlek för en familj på fyra. Trivsamt och lugnt område med bra vägar för promenad och löpning. Toppen med grill i trädgården och frukostbröd levererat till dörren varje morgon!

    This place was perfect for our little family. Quiet, great backyard and lovely surroundings. The reception was great and we had no problems during the whole stay. Fresh bread every morning on the door handle, a small detail that was starting every day on a right note. Note for cyclist: you can’t leave Salobre Golf by bike as it involves going on the highway. You would need to drive to Pasito Blanco: 5 minutes drive) to start your rides.

    Los Lagos Villas are a paradise! Also the context, Salobre Golf, is super, and Luciano, the guy that received us, is very kind. We'll come back no doubt!
