- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 800 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

La Canela is a very nice luxury villa on Salobre golf resort, it is very near to the entrance and supermarket. The Villa is well equipped and you have a great view from the patio. Although there were some technical issues, wich they try to solve immediately , we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wunderbare Lage im Inland, am Golfresort Salobre Golf. Ruhige Umgebung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, genügend Handtücher - von Montag-Freitag wird jeden Tag schnell alles sauber gemacht. Pool ist sauber, hat sogar ein Kinderbecken. Kleine Supermarkt am Eingang vom Resort. Um Ausflüge zu machen, braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

We came here with 3 adults, a 4 year old and a baby of 9weeks looking for a relaxing sunny holiday with all the luxury comfort we have at home, and that's what we got! No problem at all to stay in because of the baby, this was just as good, if not better, as the beach. Very complete kitchen, big pool, relaxing chairs, lot's of toys for in and out the pool (make sure you check all the baskets inside and outside the villa to find them), English movie channels, very good welcome package, more that enough towels... You name it, they got it! Also the service was really good, any problem was sorted out quickly, got to use the house untill 16hrs on the day of departure because of the baby which is much appreciated. The mini supermarkt is ideal with all sorts of basics you need.

Really beautiful and peaceful place. Perfect place for peaceful vacation, ideal for families with children. Big pool, children`s pool and jacuzzi. Everything worked perfectly! Nice staff! Absolutely nothing to complain. We recommend highly.

We recently stayed at this villa with our four year old and seven month old. The villa, location and service provided was second to none. The villa and it's location met with all our requirements: relaxation, luxury and a safe environment for children. The fact you have a small pool, along side the larger pool is fantastic for the kids. There were ample toys at the villa and books to read on the lovely comfy loungers. You are provided with a mobile so you have direct contact with the office if you have a problem - welcome pack of food and necessities and fresh bread delivered to your door every morning. There is a small Sparr in walking distance and lovely beaches only a short drive away. Great location all round. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and we will be staying there again for definite. Thank you for just a lovely holiday experience.
