This accommodation is only a 10 minute drive from the tourist centres par excellence of Maspalomas and Meloneras.
 
Par 4 Villa 17 is a family villa with 2 bedrooms, well distributed, bright and with large common spaces. It is ideal for families with small children or people with reduced mobility as it is an accommodation without stairs inside the house.
 
The master bedroom has a double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and a second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool area through large windows that allow you to enjoy magnificent views.
 
The interior of this beautiful holiday accommodation is completed with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave and a living-dining room framed in natural stone with direct access to the fabulous terrace. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning which will allow you to enjoy your holiday with all the comforts.
 
Outside of Par 4 Villa 17 is the private heated swimming pool (extra charge), 8 metres long by 4 metres wide, a garden area with sunbeds and a large semi-covered terrace with outdoor furniture. This accommodation is the ideal place to enjoy the climate of Gran Canaria at any time of the year.

  • Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
  • Late check in available and on request.
  • Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
  • Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
  • A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
 
Conditions
 
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

    Netter Empfang, saubere Unterkunft, Brötchenservice im Preis inklusive, top ausgestattete Küche! Das Haus ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Terasse war ab späten Nachmittag schattig aber wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt

    Ottimo appartamento all’Inter di un golf. Siamo stati benissimo e Carlos è stato un host sempre presente e pronto a risolvere ogni problema (complimenti anche alla sua equipe). Tutto è stato impeccabile in casa La posizione era comoda (in auto) per raggiungere tutti i posti della costa. Consigliato per famiglie con la piscina davanti all’appartamento o per concedersi un ottimo relax. Torneremo presto.

    Just the perfect location for a sunny holiday with peace and tranquillity , surrounded by a marvellous golf course resort with far reaching views towards the mountains. All staff so helpful and nothing too much trouble; they all went over the top to help us when we made a request. Swimming in November sunshine was a real luxury in the open air. Local coastal areas only a stone's throw away.
