This villa has two large bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a view of the garden, two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with a double bed, large windows that provide plenty of natural light and a bathroom with shower. This room has direct access to a cozy terrace with dining room furniture where you can enjoy an outdoor meal while appreciating the impressive views of the mountains and the golf course. Both rooms are equipped with large wardrobes and plenty of storage space.
Villa Los Lagos 30 is situated in a very quiet place where you can spend your well-deserved holiday in the sun and cool off in its small private heated swimming pool (with a supplement).
Its fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave... will make your stay as if you were at home or even better. The living room on the ground floor has a comfortable sofa to relax in front of the television, and has direct access to the garden and the private swimming pool which is surrounded by sun loungers. If you fancy a swim, you can also use the communal pool next to the property which is heated free of charge throughout the winter (November to April).

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
- Please note that the pool maintenance team will have to pass through the property twice a week to do their duty. Please allow them access to the pool area.
