- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Brilliant stay, was so peaceful and relaxing. Recommend for couples who want a break with quiet and comfy surroundings and the ability to escape for a time.

Wonderful location with amazing views but yet minutes from everything that you need . Check in was easy and the Villa and pool perfect . We had everything that we needed and had the most amazing time thanks to Carlos and his team …. Better than expected in every way and we’re heading back as soon as we can !!<br/>

Merci à Barbara pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité. Le pack de bienvenue très agréable pour commencer le séjour. Il ne manque rien. La livraison de pain frais à la porte le matin c est vraiment le top. La piscine chauffée un réel plaisir. Nous en avons vraiment bien profité… La situation est parfaite elle permet de rayonner sur toute la région . Il y a tellement de choses à voir et à faire. This villa will live up to your expectations, clean, comfy, a wide terrace and the pool is just great! Highly recommend! Staff on site and in the office were very helpful at all times!
