The villa has 2 bedrooms: one of them is located on the ground floor and has 2 single beds and a complete bathroom with shower tray. The second room, on the upper floor, has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a private terrace overlooking the golf course. Furthermore, the interior of the villa is completed with a kitchen equipped with all the appliances that may be useful during the stay such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and a cosy living-dining room with direct access to the garden.
 
Villa Los Lagos 13 has an outdoor area with an open-air dining room, a rest area, a built in barbecue, comfortable loungers and a private heated swimming pool (with a supplement).

The services included in the price are:
 
  • Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
  • Late check in available and on request.
  • Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
  • Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
  • A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
 
Conditions
 
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

    Lovely villa overlooking the golf course. Great communication to enter the villa. The fresh bread every morning is a really nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

    Heel mooie woning met voldoende ruimte voor 2 koppels of koppel met kids Leuke tuin met kleine pool en een beetje uphill een mooi gemeenschappelijk zwembad met ligstoelen Perfecte ondersteuning van personeel en ook dagelijks vers brood aangeleverd is een leuke verrassing Ook veilig gevoel door security.

    Located in a lovely gated golf resort community, with fresh bread delivery every morning. They also left for us a welcome pack consisting of water, coffee, bread, cheese and a spread. The property has a pretty little backyard with a small pool, perfect to spend your time outside. The surroundings are quiet, the views are lovely and it feels very safe. There's a pretty well stocked Spar at the entrance of the resort. Quiet and comfy stay in lovely golf resort.
