Conditions

• Residential building: parties, events or any activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
• Adults only apartment  (no children permitted).
• Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited (unless pre-authorised).
• Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces – please take special care of furniture and plants.
• A refundable damage deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages. This amount is fully refundable after departure, subject to a damage inspection.
• We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
• Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full loss of the deposit.
