Studio Nueva Suecia CR715 has 1 bedroom and can accommodate 2 people. It is a small property with a double bed, a living room and a complete bathroom with a shower.
The studio has a living room-kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils. You will find a Smart TV in the bedroom and free high-speed internet throughout the property, as well as air conditioning in the master bedroom. Much of the studio has a sliding glass door that allows you to enjoy views of the sea and sunsets.
Studio Nueva Suecia CR715 is part of a private apartment complex and has parking and private access to the beach via stairs.
You will find everything you may need to enjoy your vacation a few meters from the apartment. A supermarket at the entrance of the complex, the beach avenue with its wide variety of restaurants, the San Agustín Shopping Center just 1 km away and the connection with buses to enjoy the best enclaves of the island of Gran Canaria.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival:
-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
