BBQ Grill Par 4 Villa 1 is an exclusive luxury villa with 2 bedrooms and private pool, situated in Salobre Golf Resort in the south of Gran Canaria.
Par 4 Villa 1 Description
Built on one level, it is ideal for families with children or for people with reduced mobility, as its pool has Roman steps for easier access. Very intimate and well distributed, with wide, comfortable and very bright spaces.
Without a doubt, it is one of our favourite properties in VillaGranCanaria because of its value for money. This accommodation is located in the natural environment of Salobre Golf, with its wonderful open views to our mountains, the sea and the golf course.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden and swimming pool through large windows that provide magnificent views. The interior of this magnificent luxury villa is completed with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine...and a living room framed in natural stone with direct access to the fabulous terrace. In the Par 4 Villa 1 there is air conditioning in all rooms.
Outside there is a private heated swimming pool (with a supplement), a garden area and a large semi-covered terrace with dining and chill out furniture, ideal for enjoying the climate of Gran Canaria at any time of the year.
A haven of peace just 10 minutes by car from the tourist centre par excellence : Maspalomas and Meloneras.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar mit Blick über das Resort. Durch die Aussenlage (1. Haus oberste Reihe) ruhig und privat. Das Haus ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Toller Pool! Brötchenlieferdienst klasse! Reinigungsteam klasse! Für Ausflüge an die tollen Strände und Orte ist es empfehlenswert, ein Auto zu haben. Unser Urlaub in 1 Par 4 war super!

Good communication from staff. We spent a lot of time in villa so it was good that it had everything. Had everything we needed. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Handy shop at entrance to estate next to fabulous restaurant. The views were stunning as we were so high up.

Un lugar para reponer fuerzas. La tranquilidad de la zona, Que nos viniesen a limpiar la piscina cuando lo necesitamos. La cocina es amplia y completa. Cuando teniamos alguna duda y nos poniamos en contacto con el propietario nos contestaba enseguida.

Fantastic home away from home on an immaculate resort, good size pool and villa with very nice covered patio area. Aircon in every room and views of the mountains. A cleaner came half way through our stay and also replaced towels, and fresh bread was delivered every morning. Perfectly situated for exploring the south of the island.
