Situated next to the Tauro Golf course in the southwest of Gran Canaria, this property has a very special layout, featuring 3 double bedrooms, with integrated bathrooms with shower, in the master bedroom bathroom there is also a whirlpool bath at your disposal.
 
Only one of the bedrooms of Villa Tauro Golf 2 is connected to the common areas of the villa such as the kitchen and the living room, the other two bedrooms are only accessible from the garden terrace, which makes it a very private and intimate villa.
 
The kitchen, dining room and living room are open concept and therefore very bright, Villa Tauro Golf 2 is fully equipped with everything you need for a quiet and carefree holiday, and offers a wonderful private garden with outdoor dining area, perfect for a dip in your private pool afterwards!
 
Its location allows for tranquillity, but at the same time to have everything within reach in a short walk or car ride, only 20 minutes walk from Tauro beach or only 5 minutes drive from Amadores beach and Puerto Rico. The services included in the price are:
 
  • Welcome and personal key handover until 20.00.
  • A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
  • A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
 
Conditions
 
  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
  • A deposit of 800€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
