Conditions

This property is located in a residential area. Parties, events and activities that may disturb neighbours are strictly prohibited.
Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not permitted unless previously authorised.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. It is only allowed in outdoor areas.
A refundable security deposit of €650 is required to cover potential damages. It will be released after departure once the property has been inspected.
Please report any existing damage upon arrival to avoid misunderstandings.
One dog is allowed with an additional charge of €100 per stay.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the total or partial loss of the security deposit.
