This holiday accommodation is distributed on two floors, on the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and access to a rear terrace, and another with two single beds and a balcony with direct views of the beach, and also a bathroom with shower.
 
On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave and other utensils to ensure a quiet and comfortable stay. There is also a toilet, a living room with Smart Tv and access to Netflix, free wifi internet connection and a semi-covered terrace with an outdoor dining area.
 
Morea Suites 4 is part of an excellent duplex complex that enjoys an unbeatable location in Puerto Rico, just a few metres from the marina, making it the perfect area to discover the charms of the place.

  • Late check in available and on request.
  • A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 400 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.

    We’ve had a fantastic week in this accommodation. Clean and fresh. Perfect location. After we met a caretaker/technician, we received help with the air conditioner in the bedroom, which wasn’t working – and it was fixed the same day, very impressive. A small tip: a parasol or a sunshade on the lower terrace would be perfect, so you could sit there in the late afternoon until the sun sets behind the mountain. If there’s a next trip to Gran Canaria, we know where we want to stay – and it’s here.

    Super lejlighed. Beste plasering i Puerto Rico. Tæt ved strand, tæt ved Spar. 10 min gang til shoppingcentret. Solrig plasering.

    This is the perfect place in Puerto Rico. After dozens of stays, this one is the best we have been to and worth the price. Best location, excellent kitchen, great views. Highly recommended. We will stay here every time!
