A holiday accommodation with 3 bedrooms, two with double bed a third with single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. This property is distributed on one floor, fully equipped and in a perfect location; close to the beach and restaurants.
Bungalow Rocas Rojas has been recently reformed, provided with wide spaces and with all the comforts: washer, dryer, iron, air conditioning, dishwasher... It even has a dining area in the garden, where you can enjoy the day with your family and then go for a swim in the huge communal swimming pool.
Situated opposite the Gloria Palace Hotel, the perfect location with restaurants, supermarkets and shops just a short walk away and with the beautiful beach of San Agustin just 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive away. The resorts of Meloneras or Maspalomas are just a short drive away.

** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

This is a really great place and a super good location! Close to the pools and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment is very spacious with a nice living room, a large kitchen and three great bedrooms. We also enjoyed the outdoor area in the afternoons and evenings and had some really nice dinners there. Thanks Carlos for a lovely stay at your place!!<br/>

Området är mycket bra, med vackra omgivningar och en underbar trädgård samt en varm pool. Det är nära till ständer, havet, strandpromenader. Det är lätt att nå allmänna kommunikationsmedel och shopping center.
