This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.

Eine tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Sehr hell, zentral und viele Nachbarn, aber trotzdem sehr privat durch schönen kleinen Garten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern. Die vom Wasser abgewandte Lage ist kein Nachteil, der liebevolle Garten ist eine kleine Oase in der man völlig ungestört ist. Die Strandausrüstung ( Stühle, Schirm ) haben wir ebenfalls gern genutzt. Einziger Nachteil ist die sehr helle Außenbeleuchtung des Nachbarn und der Straße. Die Verdunkelungsrollos mildern dies etwas.

Sehr schönes Apartment, gut ausgestattet und sauber, der Strand ist 1Minute entfernt und man ist ein wenig abseits der ganzen Trubels, es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nähe zum Strand ist fantastisch. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir direkt in der Nähe super parken. Alles was man braucht ist aber auch fußläufig erreichbar, super praktisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden die Unterkunft auch wieder buchen. :)

This apartment is a little gem. There is one apt between it and the beach which means you get the fantastic access to the beach but without the beachfront noise. The apartment was clean, well kitted out in terms of coffee maker, hair dryer etc and it was a very comfortable place to stay. It is also very peaceful and you will hear the waves in the morning and nothing else. It is less than a 5 min walk to the local supermarket and there is some fantastic restaurants around-loopys for pizza, Cibarivm for a special dinner and Me Gusto for coffee in the local St Agustin mall (served with the cutest little ice cream cone!). Apt also has a fantastic patio area and again, is well kitted out with table and chairs and sun loungers. You’ll spend the day enjoying the sun and the beach from the comfort of the apartment. A 5 star stay and we will definitely come back. Also, great car rental place in shopping centre Hirerent (bout €50 a day) and gives great freedom to explore the island. Thank you

We zochten een rustige woning op loopafstand van strand en winkels met een goeie tuin met bomen voor schaduw. Deze woning voldoet daar volledig aan. De tijden van aankomst en vertrek werd zeer flexibel mee om gegaan. We hebben een zalig verblijf gehad.

We had a brilliant stay...location so close to the beach and many restaurants nearby. We loved watching the sunrise each morning and hearing the waves crashing all through the night.

We stayed in this fantastic place over Easter for a week & we loved every minute of it. The place is perfect if you want to be close to the sea with peace & quiet. I loved how we could sun bath in the private garden and listen to the waves from the sea at the same time. The bed was super comfy, the lounge was a great size and the place is open plan & airy. Some lovely restaurants and a big supermarket within walking distance and the sea and promenade on the doorstep. We can’t wait to stay again and by date the best stay at any Airbnb so fare.
