It has a cosy open concept living and dining room, equipped with Smart Tv and free WiFi connection. It is located in a residential building on the first floor without a lift.

You won't need a car to get around, as this area is very well connected to all the bus lines, with a wide possibility of reaching other tourist centres in the south of Gran Canaria, such as Meloneras, Maspalomas or Playa del Inglés.

** This property is located in a residential building, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 350EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100EUR for the total duration of the stay.
** Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
 
  • Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
  • Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
  • Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

    + Excellent location, both accesible and quiet, right by the sea. Easy access to the city and Las Canteras beach. Restaurants and shops in close proximity. Parking available nearby.

    This is a great apartment. Its close to the best bars and restaurant as well as the beach. The apartment feels big and matches the description. I would definitely go here again if i return to the Island.
