- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
- Guests will be required to pay a deposit of 400 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:

Appartement de Carlos à une magnifique vue sur la mer , logement très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de rangement et très confortable. L’accueil fut très chaleureux et efficace . Toutefois si vous avez une voiture , le stationnement peut être difficile mais tout le reste est tellement bien que c’est négligeable comme problème.

Top! lovely place, especially with such a beautiful quiet beach at its doorstep. View from the terrace is great + sound of the ocean very relaxing + Restaurant Rincón Canaria (only 7 min walk) is a good recommendation, with a terrace overlooking the beach.

Our second time there and this place is fantastic. It has everything you need and the terrace is to die for with its view over the beach and sea but still completely private. The shared pool is really great (and never crowded) and the small beach is perfect - so much better than the crowded options of San Augustin or Maspalomas. Just be warned if you are prude, parts of the beach is popular with nudists, probably because it’s so calm. The surroundings doesn’t have much else to offer but there are two small shops (for the most basic stuff) and a couple of restaurants really close by. By car you’re just 5-10 min away from either San Agustin or Bahia Feliz shopping malls, with lots of restaurant options and bigger stores. Lots of great places to see within 30-60 min drive, such as Playa de Mogán, Las Palmas old town, Guayadeque (the caves, Restaurante Vega is a must visit!) All in all the best Airbnb experience we’ve had - just as good as the last time. Top class!

Wir waren zu dritt für eine Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Das Check in hat bestens geklappt - der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und das Nötigste gezeigt. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung kam der „Wow - Effekt“ - der Meeresblick ist gigantisch. Die Unterkunkt war perfekt hergerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Per Whatsup wurde nach einen Tag nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas brauchen - der Service war to . Fazit: sehr schöne Unterkunft, die ihren Preis rechtfertigt. Wir beabsichtigen, wieder zu gehen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit diesem Apartment. Jeden Tag im Meer, weil man so bequem dorthin kam. Nur wenige Treppenstufen. Apartment ist neu renoviert und in einem super Zustand. Terrasse und Aussicht aufs Meer waren fantastisch.
