We had a lovely stay and the place was as we'd expected from the pictures. What was really nice was the free fresh bread rolls delivered every morning. The place was clean, comfortable and had loads of utensils for cooking including basic spices / salt and pepper etc. Communication was very good, and we really appreciated the fact that we could have a late departure at no extra cost due to our evening flight. We had an amazing stay at this place. We were two families living under one roof with three children and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay at. The children absolutely loved the pool and two of them learned to swim there. It is only a short walking distance from the beach boulevard and stores so we walked around most days. I can highly recommend as our stay was amazing and the amenities of the house were exactly what we needed for the week. A big + was the fresh bread delivered to us in the mornings. Thank you so much!

We have had a fantastic time here - a perfect way to spend my birthday. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. The area was peaceful and only 10 minutes from restaurants and bars. We had 1 small query which was answered and resolved very quickly. We will definitely be back

¡Ha sido una experiencia increíble! La casa és espectacular, súper cómoda y equipada. Zona tranquila y accesible tanto para ir a la playa como dar un paseo disfrutando de un helado y hacer running por las mañanas/tardes. Anfitriones súper atentos y dispuestos a hacernos la estancia muy fácil. Repetiremos seguro y recomendaremos este alojamiento. ¡Todo de 10!

Fantastiskt boende med bra uteplats. Köket var mycket välutrustat. Sköna sängar och fräscha badrum Extra plus för brödleverans på morgonen. Rekommenderas verkligen.

Couldn’t recommend this place more! Photos do not to it justice! Very spacious anterior with air con in each room, fully kitted out kitchen and lovely living area. Amazing outside space with a decent sized pool which was surprisingly warm, enough sunbeds for everyone and a lovely shaded area with dining table. Place was a 10/15 minute walk to the main strip with a wide range of restaurants. Host was excellent with communication and allowed early check in for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

A wonderful stay. Super communication from Carlos and his team. Located in an area with easy walking access to the beach and shops. Car parking spot available. The villa was very clean, and had every appliance we required. Delighted to see a large fridge and fridge freezer. The pool was well cared for, with maintainance men arrived to clean it out, and top up the water. Air conditioning and fan was welcome and working. Barbara, one of Carlos's team was very helpful in helping us to work appliances, and even went out and bought a new remote for one of the air conditioning units, that we could not turn on. The fresh bread rolls delivered to the villa each morning, were a nice touch, and lovely treat, and enjoyed daily by everyone. The only thing missing was wine glasses, but we used other glasses available. We will definitely consider another stay, when we come back to Gran Canaria on holidays in the future. Thank you Carlos and your team.

We had a wonderful 8 days. Location was perfect, 10 mins walk to beach shops and restaurants. A daily delivery of fresh bread was a really nice touch. I would highly recommend the property. Thanks for everything Carlos, your property is fabulous and we all really enjoyed our stay.<br/>

Das Haus liegt ein bisschen in Hanglage oberhalb Meloneras unter dem Cay Beach Hotel. Angenehm in einer Seitenstrasse mit Garage. Können zwei Autos Parkiert werden Problemlos. Der Pool hat eine Ideale Grösse mit Sprudelfunktion. Die Zimmer und die Badezimmer sind schön gross und angenehm gelegen, damit die Klimaanlagen nicht laufen müssen. Küche super ausgerüstet, Ceran- Kochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Abwaschmaschine, Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. Auch Geschirr und Besteck sind genügend vorhanden. Brötchenservice am Morgen! Angrenzend eine Türe wo sich die Waschmaschine und der Tumbler befindet. Im UG noch eine Toilette mit Dusche und ein kleiner Kraftraum. Daneben ein Dampfbad. Momentan noch keine schnell Ladestation für Elektroautos. Das Haus ist mit dem Auto oder Taxi vom Flughafen in 30 Min. zu erreichen. Wir möchten uns für den schönen Urlaub bei Euch recht Herzlich Bedanken. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Lage ist toll. Immer wieder gerne. Bis zum nächsten mal. LG Daniel und Fam.
