• Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not allowed, except in previously authorized cases.

• Smoking is not allowed indoors. It is only permitted on outdoor terraces or balconies, with care taken to protect the furniture and lawn.
• A €1,000 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages.
