Conditions

• This property is located in a residential area: parties, events, or any activity that may disturb neighbors or other guests are strictly prohibited.
• Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not allowed, except in previously authorized cases.
• One pet is allowed with a supplement of €150 per week.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors. It is only permitted on outdoor terraces or balconies, with care taken to protect the furniture and lawn.
• A €1,000 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages.
• We recommend checking the condition of the accommodation upon arrival and reporting any existing damage to avoid misunderstandings.
• Failure to comply with these rules will result in the total loss of the deposit.
