Significant noise is expected, including hydraulic hammering.

If you plan to spend the entire day at the villa, we recommend booking stays after 31 October 2026, when the noisy phase of construction is scheduled to be completed.

Conditions

Residential building: parties, events or any activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited (unless pre-authorised).
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces.
No pets allowed.
A refundable damage deposit of 500€ is required.
We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in loss of the deposit.
