• This property is located in a residential area. Parties, events and any activity that may disturb neighbours or other guests are strictly prohibited.
• Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not permitted unless previously authorised.

• Pets are allowed paying a fee.
• A refundable security deposit of €1.000 is required to cover any potential damages.
