Die Villa liegt im hinteren Teil des Salobre Golf Resorts, etwa 2 km von der Zufahrt entfernt. Sie befindet sich in einer sogenannten Gated Community, was bedeutet, dass der Zugang nur über den Pförtner möglich ist – dadurch fühlt man sich sehr sicher und ungestört. Die Villa war wunderschön und genauso, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Einzig kleinere Ameisenbesuche gab es zwischendurch, doch das Problem wurde bereits behandelt und ist auf Gran Canaria nicht ungewöhnlich. Für uns war das kein wirklicher Nachteil. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet – fast wie zu Hause – mit allem, was man braucht. Lediglich ein Milchaufschäumer für den Cappuccino am Morgen hat uns ein wenig gefehlt. Das gesamte Objekt war in einem sehr gepflegten und nahezu perfekten Zustand. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Aufgrund der typisch kanarischen Bauweise und der Tatsache, dass es sich um ein Doppelhaus handelt, konnte man die Nachbarn gelegentlich hören.
