This holiday villa has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay such as oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave...etc. In addition this house is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.
The spacious living room is very bright, has Smart Tv, and direct access to the garden terrace and sunbeds, which is also equipped with a gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower next to the private heated pool (with a supplement). Please notice that the bedroom (with a king size bed and bathroom) is located in the basement and has no windows.

- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit of 1000 EUR is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
