Conditions

• Residential area: parties, events or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
• Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay at the property unless previously authorised.

• A refundable damage deposit of €650 is required.
• Please report any existing damage upon arrival.
• Failure to comply with the house rules may result in partial or full retention of the security deposit.
