This charming holiday accommodation has two spacious double bedrooms, one with two single beds on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool, and another bedroom on the upper floor, also with two single beds and direct access to the solarium and the upper terrace. Both bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom with bathtub, large wardrobes and air conditioning. You will have at your disposal a safe for greater security.
Las Terrazas 13 has a private heated swimming pool (pool heating service not included in the price). In this villa you can enjoy family evenings in the comfortable living room with Smart TV or cook new recipes in the fully equipped kitchen integrated into the dining room.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50€ for the total duration of the stay.
- A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
