This newly built detached villa is bright and spacious with a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, kitchen and a large terrace with a living and dining area.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. Isla 6 also has 2 bathrooms with shower and is fully equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, Smart TV, oven, coffee maker and all the utensils you may need to feel at home.
The exterior of the villa includes several sitting areas and sunbeds overlooking the garden and golf course as well as a private heated swimming pool (with a supplement) of 7 x 3.5 m.

- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

- This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

Tutto ero già stata in quella zona e questa villa è fantastica tranquillità assoluta. Se vuoi la pace è la soluzione migliore visto che poi in 10 minuti arrivi nei centri dove trovi tutto lo svago che vuoi

Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Privat mit einem Blick aufs Meer am Horizont. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit 1a. Die Kommunikation mit Barbara war schnell und unkompliziert. Es war sogar flexibel möglich, nach 11.00 Uhr auszuchecken. Super! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool lädt zum Baden ein. Der Pool wurde immer wieder gereinigt. Die Villa war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war ideal. Uns wurden jeden Morgen Semmeln für das Frühstück vorbeigebracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team von Villagrancanaria war super. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben. So stelle ich mir Kundenservice vor. Nach der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes wurde die Villa gereinigt (frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche). Man hat direkt vor der Villa einen Parkplatz. Ein Mietauto ist erforderlich. Der nächste schöne Strand (Playa de Ingles) ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Anlage und hat von Montag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Dieser ist aber recht teuer. In ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man einen großen Supermarkt. Man kann die Villa insgesamt nur empfehlen!
