The villa has 2 double bedrooms with one double bed each; the master bedroom is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden and its own bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom, on the upper floor, has direct access to the upper solarium, and its own bathroom with bathtub.
This holiday accommodation also has a bright living room, with marble floors, TV with international channels, air conditioning, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils and appliances to spend a comfortable and pleasant holiday.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 6pm.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Please note that the pool maintenance team will need to pass through the property twice a week to do their duty. Please allow them access to the pool area.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
