The complex is set in natural surroundings and has spectacular views of the 18-hole golf course and surrounding mountains. El Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas or Meloneras, or 40 minutes from the capital, in Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!
The exterior of Par 4 Villa 12 includes a swimming pool area with natural grass and sunbeds, offering a wonderful atmosphere of privacy. The villa is bright and spacious, with a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, kitchen and a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area.
This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideal for families or small groups of friends. The living room has two comfortable sofas and TV with satellite connection. The air conditioning guarantees a pleasant temperature throughout the house at all times. It is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.
The kitchen-dining room is decorated in its own style, is bright and comfortable, and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker and other utensils you may need during your stay.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower for greater comfort. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The master bedroom, with a private bathroom, has wonderful views and direct access to the private heated swimming pool.

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 10 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
