Villa Los Lagos 38 Description
Los Lagos 38 is one of the 5 magnificent independent villas, located in the highest part of the complex "Los Lagos". Together with 4 other villas, guests who wish to stay in this accommodation will be able to enjoy two communal swimming pools, one of which is exclusively for the villas of Los Lagos 36 to 40, heated throughout the winter months (novermber to april). The second shared pool is for the community use of the complex and is not heated.
This beautiful two-storey villa has three large bedrooms, two on the upper floor, each with two single beds, and the third, on the ground floor with two single beds as well, all with their own bathroom with shower. There is also a small toilet at the entrance to the accommodation.
Los Lagos 38 has a spacious, well-lit lounge with spectacular views. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. At VillaGranCanaria we recommend this accommodation has all the electrical appliances and basic equipment that will be very useful during your stay, including smart tv, air conditioning, a safe and a built in barbecue.
In the garden area you will have hammocks to sunbathe and a nice covered terrace with an outside dining area. For further enjoyment, guests will be able to enjoy the exclusive swimming pool shared between only 5 villas, integrated between the rocky mountains, with a solarium around it.
The Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 450€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

The villa turned out to be even better in real life than in pictures. Very peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the pool and the view from it. Communication with the host was fluent and he responded quickly to our questions. Teenagers (aged 12-15 years) also appreciated the Wi-Fi.

Villa tal cual sale en las fotos. Zona tranquila a 15 minutos en coche de maspalomas. Dos piscinas comunes, una de ellas climatizada y no suele haber mucha gente. La casa esta genial. Muy recomendable.

Es war eine schöne Erfahrung. Mit unserer Schäferhündin Chica sind wir jeden Tag im Freilauf unterwegs gewesen, das ist dort super abwechslungsreich. Ein kleiner See ist ideal für ein Erfrischungsbad des Hundes, da sie an den Stränden nicht zugelassen sind. Die beiden Pools waren immer leer, so dass jederzeit eine entspannte Abkühlung möglich war. Alles war unübertroffen sauber, das war eine neue Erfahrung auf Canaria für uns. Absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man entspannen will. Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen und damit kann man alles super schnell erreichen. Unbedingt ausprobieren.

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Fabulous views down to the sea and lunar landscape one way and the lush green of the golf course on the other side. Great space for four adults and a three year old. Helpful things like black out blinds at all the windows to ensure the sunny mornings didn’t wake our little one! We used both pools a lot, both are very deep which was fine for us as the little one used arm bands or a rubber ring and were so grateful they were both heated. The terrace on the garden side does lose the sun quite early but this might be different later in the year. I’m sure we could have used the top terrace if it was a big deal to us - it wasn’t!

We stayed in Los Lagos in March 2023. The location is amazing; only 5min to town by car and still a calm getaway. Clean facilities, attentive hosts and the heated pools were all great. Also, daily bread delivery - a nice touch. Would visit again!

The villa was very suitable for 5 people. The equipment of the kitchen was great, there was really everything available. Overall, the facility is well maintained, communication with the team was always excellent.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Simpler Check in/out. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier am richtigen Ort. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch auch schnell in Maspalomas etc.. Es werden jeden morgen frische Brötchen geliefert. Die beiden Pools sind ebenfalls sauber und einladend. Wir hatten oft den Pool für uns alleine was wir sehr genossen haben. Rundum ein empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt. Meiner Familie hat es sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank für alles.
