This holiday home managed by VillaGranCanaria consists of 2 bedrooms: one of them, on the ground floor, with a double bed and a complete bathroom with shower; and a second bedroom on the upper floor, with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, and direct access to the solarium terrace with pleasant views of the Resort.
The lower floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living-dining room, which has direct access to the garden through a large sliding door. Villa Las Terrazas 12 has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom upstairs, the other bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The exterior of this cozy villa has a semi-covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, natural grass with comfortable loungers and a private pool that can be heated (with a supplement).

The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
