Full prepayment (23 days before arrival). The client authorises the payment gateway to store their credit card details; a charge for 100% of the reservation amount will be made automatically 23 days prior to the arrival date.

This property is located in a residential complex. Parties, events or any activities that may disturb neighbours or other guests are strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited unless previously authorised.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies; please take special care of furniture and plants.
A refundable damage deposit of 500 € is required to cover possible damages. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to inspection.
We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full loss of the deposit.
