The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- Guests must pay a deposit of 750 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 150 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
- Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
- Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
- Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
- Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

This was a great place for families. The pool had a solid cover on and was raised off the ground, there were blackout blinds and the house was nice and secure. Would definitely recommend and will be back to visit.

Perfekte Lage; Von der Dachterasse direkter und guter Blick auf die Dünenlandschaft, ebenso direkter Zugang zur Promenade. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen / Betten waren top. Wirklich schnelle und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr schnelle Reaktion bei plötzlichem Ausfall der Wasserversorgung durch Entsendung eines Technikers.Vermieter und Haus empfehlenswert. Perfekte Lage. Professionell betreutes Ferienhaus.

Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort, alles toll funktioniert. Der Bungalow Top Austattung alles da was man braucht. Die Lage natürlich super, kommt direkt zur Promenade und alles nur ein paar Minuten Fussweg entfernt.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, wir hatten den Pool beheizt, was im Februar doch sehr zu empfehlen ist. Man muss wissen, dass es meistens sehr windig ist und daher Sand auf das Grundstück geweht wird. aber es ist eine tolle Lage direkt an den Dünen. Leider hatten wir Pech, da die Nachbarn sehr lautstark umgebaut haben. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts. Sie ist wirklich toll und wirklich zu empfehlen! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann leben wir zu Hause. Super Bad und Dusche, sehr bequemes Bett!
