This private villa has its own style and very comfortable equipment. It has two bedrooms, one of them on the upper floor with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and large windows with access to a terrace with views. The other room on the ground floor has two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub.

The interior of Los Lagos 20 is completed with a modern and bright living room, dining room attached to the kitchen, which is fully equipped. This accommodation has a flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning and a barbecue. Everything to make our guests feel at home!

The outdoors area features a private above the ground swimming pool (heatable with a supplement) and a beautiful terrace with a dining room as well as a solarium area with sunloungers. This villa also has access to a wonderful shared swimming pool. Los Lagos 20 is a very cozy place to enjoy a well deserved holiday with your family.

The services included in the price are:

• Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
• Late check in available and on request.
• Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
• Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
• A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
• A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

• This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
• Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
• A deposit of 500€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
• A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR per week per pet (or 100€ for stays under 7 nights per pet).
