Bungalow Rocas Rojas has been recently reformed, provided with wide spaces and with all the comforts: washer, dryer, iron, air conditioning, dishwasher... It even has a dining area in the garden, where you can enjoy the day with your family and then go for a swim in the huge communal swimming pool.
Situated opposite the Gloria Palace Hotel, the perfect location with restaurants, supermarkets and shops just a short walk away and with the beautiful beach of San Agustin just 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive away. The resorts of Meloneras or Maspalomas are just a short drive away.

- Late check in available and on request.
- A complete weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
- Guests will be required to pay a deposit of 800 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

We had a very nice stay. The place is large and had all the amenities we needed. We felt very comfortable. The grocery store nearby was very convenient. There is a bus stop that is not too far for exploring more of Gran Canaria and taxis also were able to pick us up without problems right in front of the place. There are two beaches within walking distance. The host was nice and was clear in arranging the checkin process.
