This property is located in a residential area. Parties, events or any activities that may disturb neighbours or other guests are strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited unless previously authorised.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
A refundable damage deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to inspection.

Nos quedamos en su alojamiento de casa Ferrera en la zona de Maspalomas y quedamos muy satisfechos. Las fotos compartidas coincidían con lo que nos encontramos, ademas de un trato muy bueno por parte de la agencia. Es una alojamiento totalmente equipado, con piscina y muy buen situado lo que nos permitió concomer la isla en mayor profundidad.
