This property is located in a residential area. Parties, events or any activities that may disturb neighbours or other guests are strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited unless previously authorised.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
A refundable damage deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to inspection.
We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full loss of the deposit.
