Salobre Villa 6 Description
This villa is located in the complex "Salobre Villas", which has only 6 houses, in Salobre Golf Resort, a private and unique complex in the south of Gran Canaria. Beautiful beaches like Maspalomas, Meloneras or Amadores are only a few minutes away by car.
This modern luxury accommodation has 3 double bedrooms: two of them on the upper floor, with two single beds each, and a complete bathroom with bathtub. Both rooms have access to a balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The master bedroom, on the ground floor, has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. It has large sliding doors that provide direct access to the outside area.
Inside Salobre Villa 6 there is a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dryer... It also has a cosy living room with Smart TV and satellite connection, a dining area and a toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The exterior of this villa has an outdoor dining area, a rest area, a built in barbecue, a natural grass area with sun beds and a large private swimming pool that can be heated (with a supplement).

Services included in Salobre Villa 6
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
- A deposit of 450 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Salobre 6 meet our expectations the pictures were exactly what we got luxury furnishings, peaceful and beautiful setting over looking the golf course, in the highest position so plenty of privacy with no one overlooking us. Private garage for parking was a nice surprise so easy for us to unload suitcases and shopping near to our villa, be caution if not able footed or very young children as there are steep stairs only to climb to reach the villa. The open space living area inside and outside was spectacular especially when you open the large glass double doors to combine the two. High tech TV, Bose speaker and great WIFI was an added bonus and the kitchen was kitted out with everything you could possibly need and more! We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family.
