  • This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
  • Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
  • Pets are are allowed paying a 100€/stay fee, not allowed on commonal areas. 
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
  • A deposit of 400 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
  • Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
               ** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
               ** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
               ** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

    Very nice corner apartement, looking as pictures.Very well equipped.We were 4 adults and the space was good enough.Lively area with a lot of joggers and people outside, we liked it even thoe its sometimes noisy outside the appartemente..Located in the end of the beach, close to CC Arenas shoppingmall and buses that goes to ex. Vegueta, Old town. Easy check in/out.

    Great place in an amazing location, you really can't get any better having direct access to the promenade on the ocean front. Easy access to all sort of amenities including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and anything else. The unit was clean and had all we needed for our 6 day stay. The addition of beach towels was a great little extra thing that made our stay more pleasant.
