Here are answers to many of the questions or doubts that may arise before or after booking, we want you to bear in mind, that we always advise our clients to read carefully the description of the house they want to book for their vacations, where they are specified more specifically and in a personalized way for each lodging, the services and facilities of each one.


* How long can I cancel my reservation without costs?

  • Any cancellation or modification is free until 30 days before arrival


* What services are included?

  • Bed linen, towels and pool / beach towels
  • A cleaning included with change of towels and sheets for stays of more than 7 nights, for example; If your stay is 8 nights, you will have an intermediate cleaning on the 4th day. Not valid for Las Palmas Capital properties.
  • WiFi connection
  • Daily delivery of rolls only for Salobre properties.
  • Welcome pack depending on what accommodation
  • 1 cot and 1 highchair per property free of charge for children under 2 years old.
  • If the house has parking or garage, this is provided free of charge and without reservation.
  • 24 hours emergency customer service


* What services are not included?

  • Pool heating has an additional cost ranging from € 210 to € 350 per week


* Will they receive me at home the day of my arrival?

  • We will always welcome you, and we will show you the house and give you useful advice about the area and what to do during your holidays. In case you arrive late and your accommodation has a car check-in (box for the keys), we will visit you the next day to complete the process


* Do I have to pay to be late?

  • Only in the specified houses


* Can I bring my pet?

  • Some houses allow the accommodation of pets, but others do not, so we recommend you to read the description of the accommodation well, and if you do not have it clear you can always ask us :) In the properties that if pets are allowed we request an extra charge € 50 per pet, per stay.


* Is the property accessible to wheelchair users or people with PMR?

  • In case you or a member of your family needs an accessible villa, contact us first to be able to advise you better about it


* When will bail be returned?

  • Guests must pay a variable security deposit according to the rented property, to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit will be fully refunded after check-out and is subject to an inspection, it will always be refunded no later than 7 days after departure.


* Can I enter before 3:00 p.m.?

  • Whenever there is no exit the same day of your arrival there is no problem, that is, an early entry is subject to availability, so you should consult with us before requesting it.


* I entered at 5:00 p.m., does this mean that I can leave at the same time on the day of my departure?

  • No, the tickets are always at 3:00 pm and the departures at 11:00 hours. We have some flexibility, but your time of entry has nothing to do with your departure time. Keep in mind that we can receive a reservation to enter the same day you leave, and we will have to have the house ready for them to enter at the latest at 3:00 p.m.
