4. Spaciousness
All our villas can accommodate between 8 and 12 people, offering plenty of space for you and your group to enjoy poolside days, games, barbecues, and more.

We'll always welcome you, show you around the house and give you useful advice on the area and what to do during your holiday. In case you arrive late and your accommodation has self-check-in (key box), we'll visit you the next day to complete the process.
In the online reservation process we always ask for a 30% deposit. This payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. The reservation is not considered firm until we have this signal on our side and you receive our confirmation. The rest of the payment is made before the entrance or on the same day of the delivery of the keys, to be agreed.
In case you need an accessible villa, contact us first so that we can advise you better.
Some houses allow the accommodation of pets, but others don't. Therefore, we recommend that you read the description of the accommodation carefully and, in case you're not sure, you can always ask us :) In the properties that do allow pets, we request an extra charge of 50 - 150 EUR per pet per stay.

The garden with sunbeds and pool is sunny from early in the morning untill 18.00( in april). You can enjoy the view of 3 holes of the Salobre New course! On the upper terras there is a beautifull sunlounger and jacuzzi! It is perfect!"

"Mogan Beachfront apartment. Lovely, modern, well-equipped, spacious, light and airy apartment, ideal for 6 adults (in our case 4 adults and a baby). 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are so convenient. Ideally situated for beach and town - both 3 minutes walk away. Great terrace with full sun all day and sea/town views. Daytime buzz from the restaurants below but nothing later on to disturb our peaceful sleep. Villa Gran Canaria staff very helpful throughout."
"Four of us stayed in the apartment MG/JM in Arguineguin for a week. The apartment is very spacious, has a very well equipped kitchen and has fabulous views from the balcony. We had a wonderful holiday. Arguineguin is a lovely town with lots of restaurants and a number of little beaches and coves. There is a good path along the coast to Amfi.
