This holiday accommodation is ideal for family holidays or for small groups of friends. It stands out because of the good distribution of its rooms and its spaces are wide and cosy. It is very bright thanks to the large sliding doors. Without a doubt, it is one of the best accommodations where you can spend your holidays in Gran Canaria.
This beautiful villa has two double rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Both rooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool through large windows that allow you to enjoy the magnificent views. This holiday home is distributed on one floor, so at VillaGranCanaria we believe it is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility.
Par 4 Villa 3 offers a kitchen and dining room that are perfectly integrated, with all the necessary appliances to guarantee a pleasant stay.
From the living room, you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the terrace and the garden. On par 4 Villa 3 the outdoor pool and porch area with a semi-covered terrace, has functional furniture perfect for accommodating up to 4 people, perfect for outdoor barbecues or sunbathing. The private swimming pool is heated and measures 8 metres long by 4 metres wide. There is nothing better than enjoying a private atmosphere in the best company and one of the most appreciated climates that our island of Gran Canaria has to offer.
El Salobre Golf Resort, is an isolated area for more tranquility and disconnection, but at the same time it is only 10 minutes by car from Maspalomas and Meloneras or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short trip!

Services included in Par 4 Villa 3 in Salobre
The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 350 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
